A+ training online

My company have just decided to send us all on some training courses. My team do not normally like doing these sorts of things because it takes them out of the office for too long and then it takes ages to catch up with work again. The nature of the work of our department is that we have to be constantly ready to solve problems and normally it seems like if we are short staffed or out of the office for any reason, we get a huge amount of work coming in. The training we are doing though is a bit different and will hopefully be better for us. It is computer training online so we will not even have to leave our desks to do it. The main advantage for us is that we will be able to fit it around our daily work, so if we are quiet we can put a bit of time into the training course. We do tend to have some quiet periods at this time of the year due to the seasonal nature of the products we are supporting and so it will be a good time to get as much of the A+ training online done. I think some of use will be doing some of the training at home as well, which is another great advantage of this on line system.
